Returns & Credits


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY To process a return please email us at info@snazzybaus.com.au, include your name and order number in your email.
Returns are accepted on faulty items only. ​We do not give refund or exchange for change of mind.




Payment Options

Shipping & Delivery


AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING Free Standard Shipping within Australia for all Snazzy Baus orders over $100. Free Signature on Delivery Shipping within Australia for all Snazzy Baus orders over $200. ​A Flat Rate (Standard Shipping) of $10 for orders below $100. ​Signature on Delivery Shipping for $12.95 for orders below $200. Please advise in the comments or email info@snazzybaus.com.au for any delivery request. Snazzy Baus does not accept responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged items occurring while in transit. Should you experience this, you should follow up with the courier company. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship overseas, please email us at info@snazzybaus.com.au. Local taxes such import duties may apply. This may be charged once your shipment reaches your country. It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. DELIVERY TIMES We will despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative or refund. Please make sure you provide us your correct delivery address as we do not accept responsibility for the following: ​​ 1. Return to Sender parcels if you have provided an incorrect, invalid or insufficient delivery address 2. Failure to pick up your parcel at the local postal facility 3. In the event where the parcel was Returned to Sender, you will be required to pay $25 shipping and handling fee. If you would like to return the items instead, we will refund the value of the product(s) minus the shipping and 20% admin fee. Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only. Excludes weekends and public holidays. Transit times will vary depending on your location, estimated delivery subject to delays beyond our control: Capital Cities between 3-5 business days. All other areas allow between 7-14 business days. Please note PRE-ORDER of Mosbeau and Relumins skincare and beauty products may take up to 14 business days.
